Puff inspired by the famous tart Tatin. According to the most widespread legend, tart Tatin was born out of carelessness. Sisters Tatin led hotel in the Sologne in the late nineteenth century. The youngest, knowing that she would miss dessert, in the heat of the moment put apples in the oven, but forgot to place the cake at the bottom. Quickly saw her mistake and hurriedly she added it on the top instead of bottom. Melting and still warm tart, survived in this form until today.

Puff of sea Twist - "Tropézienne", created in the 50s by the Poll Alexander Mick. In order to create Tart from Saint Tropez, Micek was inspired by his Polish grandmother's recipe for mild "brioche" and a great discovery crunchy granulated sugar. Brigitte Bardot, who at that time had a shooting for Roger Vadim's movie, advised him that he named his cake. Finally, Alexandre Mick filed for trademark and patented, giving the cake its name "Tarte Tropézianne."
